 End of Tenancy cleaning service is suitable for tenants moving home and want to leave it in a presentable condition or want their new home perfectly cleaned.

 

We can either work to Inventory requirements from property management companies or draw from our own experience on what is required for a tenancy clean.

 

 We understand that we need to be flexible in order for you to successfully complete your tenancy agreement and hand-over the property.

 

           Prices start from only £90:00 per property, all cleaning supplies incl.

 

 

 

 

Note: End of tenancy cleaning, move in/out cleaning prices does not include carpet cleaning. Our professional carpet cleaning services are charged separately.

Living room- Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet , Clean mirrors,  Clean all surfaces, Clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frames, Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and window frames.;

 

Hallway and Stairs -  Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet , wipe skirting boards and door frames, Remove cobwebs.
